Terms of Payment: We accept personal checks with proper ID and bank wire transfers for the payment of any item for sale.

All orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit at time of ordering, and balance due before shipment leaves Fine's Gallery Internet LLC. to the customer.

Fine's Gallery Internet LLC. offer no guarantee with the shipping date of any item, due to the nature of shipment from abroad. Shipping cost is not included in the price of any item. The customer agrees to allow Fine's Gallery to charge the associated shipping charges to customer on their credit card prior to goods shipment from Fine's Gallery.

Fine's Gallery Internet LLC. will insure the piece is in mint condition and crated properly before releasing to the shipping/transportation company. All items shipped are insured and it is the customer's responsibility to inspect the item at time of delivery. The customer must inspect the item for concealed damage and if any damage has occurred, an insurance claim must be promptly made with the responsible freight carrier by the customer. Fine's Gallery Internet LLC. is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred while in transit.

*Please note: The customer must understand that due to the nature of hand-scuplted natural marble, there may be variations in the selected marble color or design for the item that has been ordered.
Digital images of online products may vary from the actual product due to photographic lighting , monitor display settings and/or photographic enhancement. Fine's Gallery will always try to portray as close to possible an accurate depiction of the selected product. It is the customers responsiblity to request additional pictures of interested products.
